I use that for my blogroll - here's how. Go to bloglines.com and click on the Share tab. enter the information in the three fields and push 'generate html' Leave the 'link target' field blank if you want to display it on the page. Take the resulting html, and put it in place of the blogroll code on your template in blogger.
Or maybe you are trying to do something else . . .
